WB Training have the following terms & conditions.
Course Times & Dates
We reserve the right to reschedule any course as required. NOTE: This would very rarely happen. We would only change course dates and times for certain circumstances. For example, if the instructor couldn’t make the course due to being ill.
Failed Tests
We rarely have any fails as we instruct to a high standard and we test when the operator is ready. If we have an operator that is struggling, we will come back until they improve enough to be test ready. If the instructor thinks lift truck operating is not for the operator for whatever reason the instructor will fail the operator.
Payments and Deposits
We require a £50 deposit (Non-refundable) to book a course if the total course price is £400 and under. We require a £100 deposit (Non-refundable) if the total course price is £401 and over. The course needs to be payed in full no longer than 24 hours before the course start date/time. If the course is not payed in full before the start date, we will NOT send an instructor.
Cancellations or Rescheduled Bookings
If you cancel the course or remove a operator/trainee from a course we will NOT refund you. NOTE: Please give us as much notice as possible so we can fill the booking space.
If you need to reschedule the booking a £50 fee will be applied.
Price Promise
WB Training will match any price seen online offering the same services, we will require proof via the website you found the price. We reserve the right to refuse any price match request.
